NewGrowth collects information necessary to provide our AI receptionist service:
- Account Information: Email address and phone number for account creation and service delivery.
- Service Data: Call metadata, transcripts, summaries, messages, recordings when enabled, and booking information needed to provide the receptionist service.
- Contact Data: Customer contact details and conversation history you provide or that are collected while NewGrowth handles your business communications.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the service, including diagnostics and error reports.
- Billing Data: Subscription status and billing information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our AI receptionist service
- Process and screen calls according to your instructions
- Generate call summaries and transcripts
- Send you notifications about calls and service updates
- Analyze, maintain, secure, and improve the service
- Provide customer support
3. Data Security and Sharing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
- Encrypted network connections and encrypted storage
- Access controls and monitoring designed to protect service data
- Service providers that help us run NewGrowth, such as telephony, AI, cloud, analytics, and billing providers
- Disclosures required by law or needed to protect NewGrowth, our users, or others
We do not sell salon or customer data. We may process service data to provide, secure, support, and improve NewGrowth.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app at app.getnewgrowth.com, or by contacting us at privacy@getnewgrowth.com.
5. Third-Party Services
We use service providers to operate NewGrowth, which may include:
- Twilio — telephony infrastructure (call routing, forwarding, and VoIP)
- Google (Gemini) — AI processing
- Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, analytics, and diagnostics
- Stripe — subscription billing
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data (via Settings → Delete Account)
- Export your data by contacting privacy@getnewgrowth.com
- Opt out of marketing communications
