1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NewGrowth's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
NewGrowth provides an AI-powered call management and receptionist service that:
- Screens and blocks spam calls
- Answers calls on your behalf using AI
- Follows your custom instructions for handling different callers
- Provides call summaries and transcripts
- Transfers important calls to you
3. Account Registration
To use NewGrowth, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NewGrowth to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Attempt to access other users' data
5. Calls, Messages, and Recordings
You are responsible for using NewGrowth lawfully, including obtaining any required notices or consents for call recording, messaging, and marketing communications. Recording is optional and can be controlled in your account settings. NewGrowth may present a recording notice on inbound calls when recording is enabled, but you remain responsible for determining the requirements that apply to your business.
6. Subscription and Billing
NewGrowth offers subscription-based services:
- Free 14-day trial with 30 minutes
- Launch plan at $79/month (250 min + 750 texts/month)
- Salon plan at $249/month (600 min + 2,000 texts/month)
- Front Desk plan at $449/month (1,500 min + 5,000 texts/month)
- Overage billed at $0.35/minute and $0.05/text beyond included allowances
- Live Square calendar actions require an eligible Square Appointments Plus or Premium account
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- No refunds for partial billing periods
7. Intellectual Property
NewGrowth and its content, features, and functionality are owned by NewGrowth AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
NewGrowth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, miscommunications, or damages arising from use of our service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
