Terms of Service

Who We Are
Receptionaly is a service of BlueMidnightWeb LLC. In these terms, “Receptionaly,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service. Our mailing address is 1800 North Vine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Receptionaly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Receptionaly provides an AI-powered receptionist and business-communications service that may:
- Answer, route, screen, transfer, and place calls using AI;
- Send and receive text messages and other service communications;
- Follow your business instructions and manage contact and conversation history;
- Create recordings when enabled, transcripts, summaries, takeaways, and notifications; and
- Support appointment, calendar, and other connected-service actions that you enable.
3. Account Registration
To use Receptionaly, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Receptionaly to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications
- Use Receptionaly to evade carrier, platform, consent, or opt-out requirements
5. Calls, Messages, and Recordings
Receptionaly may process calls, messages, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and AI-generated outputs in order to provide the service. Call recording is optional and can be controlled in account settings. Receptionaly may present a recording notice on inbound calls when recording is enabled; you must use the service only where the applicable notices and permissions have been provided.
Text messaging is subject to carrier and legal requirements. Receptionaly may limit messaging features when it cannot verify required registration, permissions, or opt-out handling. You must not use Receptionaly for unsolicited bulk or promotional messaging. You remain responsible for the accuracy and authority of the business instructions, contacts, and content you provide to the service.
6. Business Text Messaging and Consent
When you use Receptionaly to send messages on behalf of your business, Receptionaly sends those messages to your customers as your service provider. Before you submit a recipient, initiate a message, or authorize an automated workflow, you must obtain and retain the consent required for that recipient, sender, and message type, and provide Receptionaly accurate consent and opt-out information.
Appointment and customer-care messages require the applicable service-message consent. Marketing, promotional, and win-back messages require separate promotional consent. A customer’s appointment history, contact information, or consent to receive appointment messages does not by itself authorize promotional messaging. Receptionaly automatically prepares eligible customers while the owner initiates promotional sends.
You must honor opt-outs and must not override or evade a recipient’s opt-out. Receptionaly may block, suspend, or limit messages that lack required consent, registration, or opt-out handling. You are responsible for ensuring that your consent language, verbal consent process, booking or intake forms, and other collection methods comply with applicable law and carrier rules.
7. Receptionaly Text Messages
When you affirmatively request a Receptionaly demo or other Receptionaly communication, we may call or text you about that request. Message frequency varies by your interaction and request; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of Receptionaly text messages by replying STOP or receive messaging help by replying HELP where those options are offered. Our handling of mobile numbers and opt-in data is described in the Privacy Policy.
